Jessica Waks is a Toronto-based foodie and lover of all things lifestyle. She has a flair for detail and a passion for sharing her latest finds with her online community. Jessica developed her background in media and communications at the University of Western Ontario and Seneca College before graduating from the George Brown Interior Decorating program. She first found her voice with her blog — The World According to Jessica Claire — which led to becoming the Design Editor of Style At Home magazine. As an editor, she enjoyed styling and producing photo shoots and covering the latest décor trends. She appeared regularly as a design and lifestyle expert at industry events and on national television shows, including Cityline and The Marilyn Denis Show.

Following the birth of her twin boys, she founded Jessica Claire Interiors. After over four years and 100 client projects later, she hung up her measuring tape and returned to the world of communications. She is relishing having more time for her family and being able to refocus her creative energy into the kitchen.
